Beam Up has been played on NTS shows including The 2 Bears, with Zweimal Steppers first played on 14 December 2014.

Beam Up trawls the rich seas of traditional musics of the planet and beams down messages from the future to compose. Beam Up plays bass, trumpet, percussion, analogue bleepers, software, recorded music and machines. It's a solo project birthed in Australia around 1998, which features guest musicians from all over the planet.

Past bands of note he's been a member of include High Pass Filter, Breather Hole & Circushead. He also guested regularly with Japan's Bush Of Ghosts in the early 2000s.
