Recorded Live at Bourse de Commerce w/ Księżyc
In January 2022, the mysterious Polish psychedelic folk group Księżyc – whose eponymous album (1996, OBUH Records) constitutes an object of legend, with sources of inspiration rooted in medieval music and Slavic tradition – tells tales wrapped in a fascinating melancholy at the Auditorium of the Bourse de Commerce, all the while playing an elegy for absent spirits. Balloons fly, sheets and pipes swirl, light bulbs shake, and glasses sing.
