A Quiet Rebellion W/ Collapse Ensemble

15 year old me was surrounded by nature, wood pigeons, sour gooseberries and stinging nettles, it was lush. Being the only brown teenager in town, let alone being the only queer (that I knew of) was a big thing in a very white and conservative town. So this goes out to anyone who is in that situation now. Our cool art teacher allowed the students play cassettes in class, one student brought in The Orb. It blew my mind…So, my rebellion was quiet and internal, but being surrounded by nature, powerful. I hope I’ve put a bit of that vibe for you to enjoy.
