Dancing with the Infinite w/ THAMBI (தம்பி)
My father, Gregory Vimalraj Pillai (1931-2019), was trained in Bharatanatyam, a South Indian form of classical dance. His passion for this would go on to influence the music I listen to and make. This mix features traditional Carnatic music, Bollywood classics, Indian- influenced pop, as well as the soundtrack from Rivers of My Father (2023) made by yours truly. My father danced through life and continues to dance with the infinite.
