Hyperlocal is a platform reporting on local communities and their scenes with respect to their relations with specific neighborhoods. On the occasion of an installment celebrating the Bandung underground at Triennale museum of Milan, ethnomusicologist and Artetetra founder Luigi Monteanni showcases a selection spanning decades of sonic assaults and political turmoil from the city that kickstarted the postcolonial movement.
