Still Life w/ Slauson Malone 1

London-based artist Jasper Marsalis, aka Slauson Malone 1, shares a selection of works celebrating the influence of Kaija Saariaho, Pauline Oliveros and other electro-acoustic composers of the 20th century on his Chisenhale Gallery exhibition Still Life. The large-scale audiovisual installation accesses and reworks public broadcast signals, raising questions of transmission and attention in the systems that govern how images and sounds reach us.
