Focus on Stereolab
No one else sounds like Stereolab. The French / English band, formed in 1990, were one of the most singular acts of the decade that followed. Playfully experimenting with 60s lounge music, driving kosmische, & analogue synthesisers, the band submerged themselves in a sonic world unlike any other.
Time Is Away's Jack & Elaine complied this two hour trip through the quirk-filled pop of Stereolab.
