Compiling the sounds of afrobeats, ambient perreo, reggaeton, amapiano, dub, slowed down bachata, currulao and of course r&b. This mix draws inspiration from many sources: global sounds, animal documentaries, cien años de soledad, communion with nature, new love, and all the sensibilities in between.

Manchester-based label Kaizen has already seen releases from the likes of Silas and Snare, Surgeon and Biome. Co-founder Madam X heads up the label showcase once a month to delve into the murky ends of the UK's grime and techno scenes.
