Collector John Gómez brightens up Mondays with some music from different times and different places.

Big Murk grafts the sound of his childhood vernacular onto UK grime’s skittering drum patterns, all carefully reinforced with his characteristic fat, calculated basslines. Bristol-based independent Palestinian-Jordanian producer and MC delivers his DJ and hybrid Live sets as a quirky melting pot, chopping up grime, breaks, techno, UKG, electro, and GQOM into a chunky stew sprinkled liberally with his own productions, both bouncy and neck-snapping.

Folk Ambient New Age

Unsettling sounds from Zeeland, Aydgea, Karaganda and beyond. A soundscape that imagines a culture lost to capitalist greed and rising sea levels, and that which may come in its place. These are songs that draw from what's come to pass but still imagine its future. It's progress and decay aligned.
