Native Sound System joins NTS once a month, spotlighting the DJs, cities, and sounds shaping the global African diaspora in real time. Rooted in Lagos and extending through New York, London, Paris, and beyond, the series serves as a bridge between communities, nightlife, and the selectors pushing culture forward.

From the host: "For this episode, we welcome Gillvian, a Paris-based DJ whose genre-blending sets reflect the energy and diversity of the city's Afro-French music scene. Fresh off a performance at Yardland with Klay House, Gillvian brings a mix that captures the rhythms moving through Paris today—from Afro-electronic and Amapiano to house, club, and beyond. We're especially excited to feature Gillvian in celebration of Fête de la Musique, honoring the vibrant Afro-French diaspora and the communities shaping the city's nightlife.
