As a life-long insomniac, I've learned to lean into the time of night when everyone else has gone to sleep. The overstimulation of the day dissolves into a slower pace when I can think more clearly, especially around matters that concern humanity. Imagine the sepia tone of street lights against wet pavement as you drive the sleepless city streets in search of answers to the questions that keep us up at night. As delirium passes into euphoria, the sun rises to greet us and the new day. Consider this a nighttime drive-time meditation.
