Palestinian Sound Archive w/ Lobna Sana

Mo'min Swaitat teams up with some of his favourite artists and labels to present his collection of vintage cassettes from Palestine and beyond, including jazz, funk and Bedouin field recordings.

From the host: 'Palestinian Bedouin sound artist Lubna Sana’s mix is inspired by her upbringing in the Naqab and time spent living in Jerusalem and London, coming to terms with the past few years. It includes intimate moments with her mother, a pain-filled chant she sang with her sisters and her favourite Rababa.'
