An hour of selections from Giorno Poetry Systems, the platform launched by NYC poet and performance artist John Giorno in 1972. As well as engaging in live performances and performance art projects – including his famous "Dial-A-Poem" project – the record label wing of the platform released over 40 records featuring music and poetry from Laurie Anderson, Philip Glass, Meredith Monk, Allen Ginsberg, John Cage, and William S. Burroughs and more. Selected by ML of 150 Session.
