Author Ian Penman selects some tracks from the world of his latest book, Erik Satie, Three Piece Suite, with excerpts read by NTS host PAM. This round of NTS Book Club was run in collaboration with Fitzcarraldo Editions. Ian Penman is a British writer, music journalist and critic. His first original book, Fassbinder Thousands of Mirrors (Fitzcarraldo Editions, 2023), won the RSL Ondaatje Prize for Literature and the James Tait Black Memorial Prize for Biography in 2024. Erik Satie Three Piece Suite is his second original book.
