Pajaro Alberto Isordia AKA PaXaro is a timeless "jurassic" Rock n Roll animal who got it's start in the Tijuana honky tonk strip joints in the early 60's just about the time Carlos Santana did the same thing there. Paxaro strived for originality from night one and pioneered the composition of Rock music in Spanish that peaked in the legendary Avandaro Rock Fest which gathered around 200,000 people during 3 days and is well known as the Mexican Woodstock. His song "Seguir al Sol" was adopted as the festival's theme and is popular 40 years later on Youtube to the tune of over a quarter of a million views on two separate clips, which together with his 1974 RCA album "Viaje Fantastico" have been uploaded by fans most of which were not even born when the music was made. His new music includes the properly titled: "EL DIA DE HOY" (Today) and "FALTA EVOLUCION" (We need more Evolution" The genre has hints of Reggae, Rap and HipHop with a nice Rock Steady feel. The lyrics are loaded with current social issues and Zen philosophy. All in all … very interesting!
