Philwit & Pegasus has been played on NTS shows including Rap Vacation, with The Elephant Song first played on 20 February 2015.

Philwit & Pegasus was a studio band formed by Mark Wirtz (under the alias of Philwit) featuring singer Maria Feltham ('Pegasus') and a number of leading session musicians, including Chris Spedding. They released their eponyomus album and one non-album single, 'Elephant Song', in 1970 although neither was successful and Wirtz soon emigrated to Los Angeles.
