The Elements is a prominent Nepali indie pop-rock trio known for their lyrical depth and blend of acoustic and electric sounds. Formed in late 2016, the band has become a significant act in the Nepali music scene. The band consists of three core members: Ishan Raj Onta: Vocalist and songwriter, Raunaq Singh Adhikari: Guitarist (also on bass guitar and acoustic guitar for some tracks), Dipesh Gurung: Drummer and percussionist. The trio is noted for their collaborative writing process, where each member contributes distinctively to the final composition, blending their individual backgrounds from the underground punk and art-music scenes.
