Harvey & The Phenomenals has been played on NTS in shows including Soup To Nuts w/ Anu, featured first on 14 December 2016. Songs played include Soul & Sunshine, All In Your Eyes and What Can I Do (To Prove My Love Is Real).

Led by guitarist Harvey Hall-Nickerson, Harvey & The Phenomenals were a notable presence on the Cleveland, Ohio club circuit in the era we’re concerned with. But like hundreds of well-drilled funk acts around the USA, they seldom got the chance to record, releasing just two 45s. The second, Soul & Sunshine, appeared on the local Da-Wood label owned by Bob Davis and Melvin Woods. A solid, assured instrumental whopper, with classy solos from Harvey, it was a big favourite at their live shows
