DJ Nehpets has been played over 30 times on NTS, first on 21 May 2014. DJ Nehpets's music has been featured on 28 episodes.

At the tender age of 13 years old Nehpets was introduced to the 2 turntables and since then has been making his mark with a style all of his own in the world of mixing. At 13 Nehpets recalls watching LL Cool J's Dj Kut Kreative work the turntables on Soul Train. He saw being able to put 2 records together to create a whole new sound, simply fascinating. It was then that he got his first set of Gemini's and began to explore the possibilities. Since then Dj Nehpets has become one of Chicago's hottest household dj's.

Before landing at Chicago's Power 92 Nehpets was one of the first few dj's in the City of Chicago who mixed live on the turntables on the radio. He started developing his style at the Young Peoples Network Connection at WKKC radio. It was during the days at WKKC that Nehpets was left in the production room that he began experimenting and producing beats thanks to James Kelly. Nehpets is credited for helping to develop a new wave of house music (Juke-n-B & Juke-n-Rap) sweeping across the country by storm.

Nehpets is now the master of the 7'oclock juke mix on radio station Power 92. His sounds have been featured on the Trey The Choklit Jok Juke Hour and other numerous mix tapes! Nehpets will make his mark on the world by presenting himself with the Hot Boyz from 6pm to 10pm. The sky is the limit for this talented DJ, Producer and Husband.
