Spaceheater's "The Record" reached number 20 in iTunes top 100 best selling electronic albums shortly after coming out in august 2006 (a joint release of Alphapup Records and Daly City Records). Since then it has been appearing in playlists and top ten charts of independent radio stations all over the US, Canada, New Zealand and in Europe. the debut full-length combines the woodwind harmonies and melodies of Evan Francis with the thumping beats of producer/carnivore Bill Mitsakos. For live performance Spaceheater is augmented by the expertise of Keenan on turntables, woodwind artist Marcus Stephens, afro-cuban percussion specialist Matt Lucas, and drummer Andre Sumelius.
