Metamono has been played on NTS shows including Andrew Weatherall Presents: Music's Not For Everyone, with Birth Of A Flowe first played on 13 March 2016.

METAMONO was formed in 2009 by 2 musicians and a fine artist on the search for new horizons. The idea: to create analogue electronic music in strict adherence to a manifesto - a set of rules which on one hand would restrict their options but on the other would liberate our creativity and force them to engage in new methods. The manifesto was agreed upon before a single sound was made - instruments were built, modified, stolen, recycled and reconstructed.

JONO PODMORE aka KUMO…has been active, some would say central, in electronic music since the 80's as a composer, producer, programmer, engineer and arranger. His work with Irmin Schmidt and the entire Can family, in London's dance music scene, and in film and TV, gives Jono an enormous overview of contemporary music and techniques. PAUL CONBOY …is a musician and rather keen with a soldering iron. Going under various guises (APE, CorkerConboy, Soul Circuit) he has been making challenging contemporary electronic music and scoring for film and TV for over 15 years. MARK HILL Is a fine artist renowned for his work on interior projects including the recycled house. He has contemplated his korg ms20 for 25 years and has finally turned the on switch.
