Freaky Chakra has been played on NTS in shows including Body Motion, featured first on 16 May 2016. Songs played include Glimmer of Dope Theme 3, Halucifuge (Freaky Chicken Peck) and Automat.

Freaky Chakra is a project by Daum Bentley, an artist that produces rhythm-based techno music. In the mid-1990s, Freaky Chakra went on tour, performing live with Single Cell Orchestra. Their performances led to the Astralwerks release, Freaky Chakra vs. Single Cell Orchestra. In early 2004, Freaky Chakra released an album titled Moonroof Operator. In 2006 Blacklight Fantasy appeared both in the film Miami Vice, and on the accompanying soundtrack.
