Sylvester Anfang II is a Belgian psychedelic improv group rooted in the Belgian "Funeral Folk collective". The band is a continuation of Sylvester Anfang.

According to Aurora Borealis, "Silvester Anfang followed the path of Amon Duul - they became Sylvester Anfang II as they had evolved, added new members, lost one or two…" This commenced with the Aurora Borealis release of the self-titled Sylvester Anfang II CD and double LP.
