Cocos has been played on NTS shows including Shanghai, with 我們都是人 first played on 19 March 2017.

Cocos was a new wave group from Hong Kong signed to EMI. The band's members were May Ip, Martin Yu and Michael Tsang. They released a self-titled EP in 1987. Then, after a line-up change losing Michael Tsang, they released their LP We Are All Human in 1989 before disbanding. Their most well-known song is 'Red Brick Wall', which is inspired by the The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

May Ip had a solo career writing music for children's programs before eventually getting married and settling down in Ontario, Canada where she continues to perform. Martin Yu acted as one of the songwriters for Anita Mui and continues to work for EMI as a recording and mixing engineer. Michael Tsang performs a member of the W Theatre troupe.
