Shaun Reeves started collecting records and djing in 2000 following his move to Detroit. He was influenced heavily there by Richie Hawtin's control parties and dj sets from Magda, Dan Bell, Rob Hood, the first visits to Detroit by Perlon artists such as Zip and Sammy Dee, and many more.
