DJ SymBiotiX has been played on NTS in shows including SKYAPNEA, featured first on 16 July 2018. Songs played include Third Track (Mitomoro Remix).

Fernando Chorney (AKA. DJ SBX, DJ SymBiotiX, D-Latch) was born in 1987 in a small town in Guanajuato, Mexico. At the age of one he moved to Winnipeg, Manitoba in Canada and has been there ever since. At a young age (around 8), Fernando was introduced to his first musical instrument, the piano. At the age of 16 he began to dable in the art of electronic music. At the age of 19 Fernando had released his first album, Act 1, to the public. Ever since then, he has been experimenting with different genres and new ideas. As of September 2008, he has started work on his follow up album "Act 2".

Fernando's style is mostly trance with alot of different influences. He tries to mix trance with any other genre he can get his hands on which usualy results in some very interesting outcomes. His influences began with alot of the Dance Dance Revolution and Beatmania artists. Since then, he has been expending his horizons and has been listening to a wide variety of music from all places in hopes of expanding his influences.
