Victor was born in the beautiful island of St. Lucia, home of the pitons in the eastern coastal village of Micoud. Victor left the island at the age of 9 to join his parents in London England.

Victor is not only an accomplished actor for over 25 years of stage, screen, television and radio experience, he is also known for his singing, dancing and choreography skills and has achieved much acclaim in each discipline.

Victor began his recording career in 1977 and in 1980 he recorded and released his smash hit single ‘At The Club’, followed by a string of other reggae hits.

In 1978, Victor made his acting debut in the film ‘The Class of Miss McMichael’ along side Glenda Jackson. Other film credits include leading roles in cult films such as ‘Babylon’, ‘Burning an Illusion’, ‘The Book Liberator’ and Steven Segal’s ‘Marked for Death’.

Television credits include a weekly slot on Channel 4’s black magazine program ‘Black on Black’ playing the popular satirical character Moves. Victor also played the character of Bellamy in LWT’s cult sitcom ‘No Problem’ created by the Black Theatre Co-operative, of which Victor was a founder member.
