Philip Jones Brass Ensemble has been played on NTS shows including The Opera Show, with Hear My Prayer, O Lord first played on 30 October 2018.

The Philip Jones Brass Ensemble were a collection of brass players formed by the trumpet player Philip Jones in 1951. It is found in variety of ensemble forms, including Quintet and Dectet. They have published a selection of sheet music under the Just Brass label.
