CDR is Hikaru Tsunematsu from Tokyo, Japan. Heavily prolific in the Japanese underground, CDR has large number of self released underground releases as well as on labels. His music is characterized with fast amen breaks, sampled dialogues from anime/j-pop music as well as TV and radio, and occasionally classical arrangements.
