Demonslayer is a frequent guest to NTS, appearing on various shows between 27 September 2018 and most recently on 20 May 2024. Demonslayer has been played on NTS in shows including Club Aerobics w/ Bianca Oblivion, featured first on 13 June 2019. Songs played include Touch.

Dan Nguyen (Demonslayer) is a Vietnamese American visual artist, creative director, curator, DJ and music producer. Born in Southern California, living and working between Los Angeles, CA and Saigon, Viet Nam.

The multi-disciplinary artist, creative director and producer / DJ stands firm as a long-recognized entity in the worldwide creative community. 

The globe-trotting creative’s career spans over 20 years, transversing a wide spectrum of industries; his work and influence can be found in art galleries, public walls, on FM radio, Television and more.

The artist broke new ground and helped develop Saigon’s modern street art and electronic music scene in the mid-2000’s. His stylistic imprint and atmosphere is heavily intertwined with the foundation of the creative community and culture in VN.

Dan’s worldwide insights and experiences have given him a key perspective in the business of creativity. Proof exists in a decade’s worth of results working with major global brands, including Hugo Boss, Asics, Hennesy, Mixcloud, Samsung, Vespa and more - he even had his own limited edition Sprite can. 

Dan currently is amid a years long project of reviving Vietnamese New Wave from the 1980s, made by Southern California Vietnamese immigrants. He currently runs the NTS LA Radio station, and continues to freelance as a creative director and curator, all the while maintaining a very busy DJ schedule.
