Beachwood Sparks has been played on NTS in shows including Launette's Hour , featured first on 25 November 2019. Songs played include Desert Skies, Leave That Light On and See, Oh Three.

Beachwood Sparks is an American psychedelic country-rock band from Los Angeles. Formed in 1997, the band was on hiatus from 2002-08 while band members concentrated on other projects. While they reunited in 2008, most members joined songwriter Cass McCombs in 2016 to form The Skiffle Players.

The band was formed by bassist Brent Rademaker and guitarist Christopher Gunst who met in the 1990s when both were members of Los Angeles indie-rock group Further….
