Amateurs Mag presents a survey of the influence of earth liberation and Earth First! ideology on the 1990s hardcore scene, tracing the ways radical environmental thought moved through punk, hardcore, zines and underground organising.

Arranged semi-chronologically, the episode follows the evolution of both sound and politics across the era, exploring how militant ecological resistance, animal liberation, anti-corporate sentiment and DIY culture found expression in hardcore’s urgency and aggression.
