This mix represents the waves of emotions I personally have felt during this heartbreaking process of grieving. The numbness that begins to wash over me and then that sinking feeling within my stomach the further I begin to realize someone I love is gone. I've found myself learning how to manuever through the pain and then memories set in. I reminisce good moments and ponder on the "what if's" that leave me in a whirlwind of emotions. With each peak and valley I've learned acceptance and have begun to heal. My experience with loss and heartbreak has been a journey with highs and lows and I wanted the track selections to embody the feeling of that.
