American composer and synthesist, Pauline Anna Strom first began releasing music in the early 1980s under the moniker Trans-Millenia Consort. Working for the most part in isolation, she crafted immersive synth soundscapes, conjuring imagined worlds between ancient myth and imagined futures. After her early records fell out of circulation, her work was introduced to new audiences in 2017 through the compilation Trans-Milenia Music. She returned to releasing original work with the 2020 album Angel Tears in Sunlight, released by RVNG Intl just months after her passing.
