This mix is named after my childhood street in Abuja, Nigeria. It contains songs and sounds similar to those that were played in the house at bithday parties and from neighbours. It starts with the first kind of music I must have heard as a baby, my mother's lullabies in sung in Yoruba and then progresses to include afro beat oldies and nationwide favourites.
