Tibia has been played on NTS in shows including Sacred Pools w/ DJ OCTOBER, FASO + TOSHIKI OHTA , featured first on 4 August 2020. Songs played include Balm, Give and N.O.D..

Tibia was formed somewhere in the late 1999, early 2000. Up-to-date, they have released three albums: One In Every Second, released in 2001 (reissue 2003, Active Time), Buried Beneath The Covers, released in 2004, and Collision Within 2010. Their latest release is an EP All The Right Words, released in 2012.

Blend of different styles, ranging from core, melodic death and even doom metal to emo vocals and lyrics, has resulted in a unique sound, which is achieved on sophomore record, Buried Beneath The Covers. Important note is that in Tibia there are three vocals: lead clean male, female and growl backing vocals, adding more complexity to Tibia's sound.

They have taken the best out of their influences, A Perfect Circle, In Flames, Katatonia, Opeth, Elliott, boysetsfire, and discovered genius sound.
