My heartbreaks are composed by multiple stages. From the deepest moments of sadness I start to go back to my love ones, the ones that'll be forever my rocks. Listen to my old granpa and granma's songs, my father's old vinyls as a way to get close to them even if there are not there anymore. Then, I can get free from my past by dancing in my flat all alone, imagining myself in a big black room until I let myself drift on the floor all sweaty.
