LABOUR is the duo of Colin Hacklander and Farahnaz Hatam. Tune in each month for their hour-long show featuring rotating guests and friends from Dakar, Senegal. Expect a mixture of progressive electronic music with heavy sabar drum music, classic & current Mbalax, and timeless Sufi praises. From the host: "This month’s show features the great Senegalese singer and bandleader, Omar Ndiaye (who collaborated with previous guests of this show and legendary sabar player Thio Mbaye, and the excellent tama player Modou Mbaye) with select tracks from his albums in the following order: Mann Senegalaise (2002), Hoslu (1995) and Biir Campus (1998).
