In the wake of Perestroika, the British underground descended upon Moscow, hungry and penniless. Only some even got the chance to perform in this confused clash of cultures, but fueled by paranoia and pent-up rage, 1994’s Britronica Festival let some lucky few dance away into their brave new world.
